Joint German-Lithuanian company "Eternit Akmenė" changes name to Joint stock company "Eternit Baltic"

2009-02-23 Joint Lithuanian-German company “Eternit Akmenė“, which for more than a decade is a supplier of sophisticated and secure roofing material, has changed name to joint stock company „Eternit Baltic“. This step was taken due to increasing product range, offered in Baltic States region. This year more products will be offered to more people, so new company name will better fit expanded markets and product range.
For roofing solutions JSC “Eternit Baltic” offers not only Fiber cement corrugated sheets made in Lithuania, but also German produced fiber cement slates, clay tiles and concrete tiles made in Poland. All these products had success in foreign markets, because they are long-lasting, practical and esthetical. Besides roofing JSC “Eternit Baltic” is dealer of façade and building board products, which are made in etex group companies.
This summer in small Lithuanian city, near Latvian border, a new modern fiber cement factory will be launched, which will satisfy people needs with more production of highest quality.
